Follow You Home- Mark Edwards #BookReview

Laura and Daniel planned a vacation around Europe just before settling down. They meet an interesting couple along the way with whom they shared experiences. Things happened on their vacation that caused them to return home immediately; both promising each other not to repeat what happened .

Their relationship eventually suffered and things started occurring that further pushed them apart. Daniel thinks the only way to deal with all the spooky things that are happening around them is to reveal all. All is fair in this riveting story of Love, Secrets ,Death, Friendship, Betrayal and new beginnings in this psychological thriller.

Things started out slowly in the beginning but got interesting as the story developed you won’t want to put it down. I got angry, scared , felt shock as I didn’t know what was going to happen next. The end left me calling Laura a b*tch I just can’t believe how all that escalated. I never saw it coming.

Overall I am giving this book 5 stars

A Killers Mind #BookReview

From the moment I started reading this book 📖 on my Kindle I just couldn’t put it down. It took me two days to complete but nonetheless here are my thoughts

A killers Mind -Mike Omer

Synopsis:

A chilling thriller of serial murder and dark secrets that will leave you wondering, is the past really in the past?

Three Chicago women have been found strangled, embalmed, and posed as if still alive. Doubting the findings of the local PD’s profiler, The FBI calls on forensic psychologist Zoe Bentley to investigate.

Zoe quickly gets off on the wrong foot with her new partner, Special Agent Tatum Gray. Zoe’s a hunter, intense and focused; Tatum’s a smug maverick with little respect for the rules. Together, they must descend into a serial killer’s psyche and untangle his twisted fantasies, or more women will die. But when the contents of three inconspicuous envelopes reveal a chilling connection to gruesome murders from Zoe’s childhood, suddenly the hunter becomes the hunted.

My Thoughts:

I found it fascinating that Zoe at a tender age was so intelligent and focused on solving a mystery that her town police took sometime to solve. The relationship between her sister was adorable one that any sister would appreciate; one of love and admiration. Zoe was her sisters hero. It was no shocker that Zoe became the profession she boldly and confidently manages. She is thorough and very methodical in how she looks at any case file while trying to solve her cases. The work relationship between herself and her colleague Tatum started off rocky but quickly grew to that of admiration and trust. I hope there’s a budding romance there. The relationship between Tatum and his Grandfather was a bit over the top unbelievable if you may, I got in a few laughs though lol. Marvin is a character.

The ending wow ❕ I really never thought that would happen I am definitely going to grab the next copy to see what happens next. It has really peaked my interest even more.

I’d give this book 7/10
